These Terms of Purchase apply to purchases made through www.mirevonam.com.

Mirevonam is owned and operated by Hangzhou Nuokai Trading Co., Ltd.

1. Scope

These Terms describe the general conditions applicable to orders submitted through Mirevonam.

The Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Notice, Terms of Use, and information presented during checkout may also apply to a transaction.

2. Placing an Order

By submitting an order, you request to purchase the selected products under the terms and information displayed during checkout.

An automated order confirmation generally confirms that the order request has been received. It does not necessarily mean that fulfillment has been finally completed or that every aspect of the order has been verified.

3. Order Review and Verification

Mirevonam may review orders for reasonable payment, operational, security, and fraud-prevention purposes.

Where reasonably necessary, we may request additional information required to verify or complete an order.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, functions, and other product information accurately.

Minor differences may occur because of display settings, photography, packaging changes, production variations, or reasonable product updates.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to permit materially inaccurate product information.

5. Pricing

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed during checkout when the order is submitted.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other amounts will be displayed where relevant.

If an obvious technical or pricing error materially affects an order, we may contact the customer before fulfillment and provide an appropriate option.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers and may be subject to authorization, fraud screening, and other reasonable security procedures.

7. Availability

Product availability may change.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable before fulfillment, we may contact the customer and offer an appropriate solution, which may include cancellation, refund, an alternative product where the customer agrees, or another reasonable option.

8. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within up to 7 business days after successful payment and any necessary verification.

9. Delivery

Mirevonam currently supports eligible delivery to the United States.

After dispatch, estimated delivery is generally 4–7 business days.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

10. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 180 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Customers should contact Mirevonam before returning merchandise.

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and should be agreed with customer support before shipment.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Additional bank or payment-provider processing time may apply.

12. Order Changes

If you need to change an order, contact customer support as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has started.

13. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but cancellation may not be possible after processing, fulfillment, or dispatch has begun.

14. Fraud and Misuse

Mirevonam may reasonably refuse, suspend, or cancel a transaction where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment activity, unlawful conduct, or material abuse of the purchasing process.

15. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Purchase is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where applicable law provides stronger mandatory protections, those protections continue to apply.
